At Mandovi Cruises, we understand that travel plans can change. We have kept our cancellation policy simple and fair so that you can book with complete confidence.

CANCELLATION BY CUSTOMER
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
More than 36 hours before activity:
→ Full refund — 100% of amount paid
Within 36 hours of activity:
→ 50% refund of amount paid
On the day of activity (no-show):
→ No refund
Rescheduling:
→ You can reschedule your booking up to 24 hours before the activity, subject to availability.
→ Rescheduling is allowed once per booking at no extra charge.

CANCELLATION BY MANDOVI CRUISES

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule an activity in the following situations:
- Bad weather or rough sea conditions
- Technical issues with the boat or equipment
- Insufficient number of participants
- Government restrictions or safety advisories
In all of the above cases:
→ You will receive a 100% full refund
→ OR you can reschedule to another available date at no extra charge
We will inform you as early as possible in case of any cancellation from our side.

REFUND PROCESS
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days
- Refund will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of booking
- For UPI and wallet payments, refunds may take up to 3 working days
- For credit/debit card payments, refunds may take up to 7 working days depending on your bank

MONSOON SEASON — SPECIAL NOTE
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
During the monsoon season (June to September), sea and river conditions can change quickly. If your activity is affected by weather on the day of
booking, we will:
- Offer a full reschedule to another date, OR
- Issue a 100% refund
We do not cancel unless it is genuinely unsafe. Our team monitors conditions daily and will contact you in advance if needed.

IMPORTANT NOTES

- Cancellation requests must be made before the activity start time to be eligible for a refund
- Refunds will not be processed for no-shows or late arrivals
- Mandovi Cruises is not responsible for losses caused by personal reasons such as flight delays, illness, or change of plans after the 24-hour
window
